Unable to view your moto g3 media on PC

In some rare cases, existing pictures on your phone are not visible in applications such as Google Photos, Motorola Gallery, or even on a PC.  This may be due to the media reader being in an inconsistent state.

If you are unable to view your media from either the phone or computer, try these steps:

1. On your device, scroll down to Apps >
2. Select Show System > scroll down and select External Storage.
3. Select Storage > Clear Data and press OK.
4. Press the back button twice and scroll down and select Media Storage.
5. Select Storage > Clear Data and press OK.
6. Power off the device by holding the power button down until Power Phone Off option displays.
7. Power the device back on by holding the power button until you see the Moto icon.  
8. Wait for 2-4 minutes after powering back on to launch Gallery.

If you do not see your pictures initially, give it an hour or so. Depending on how much content you have in the gallery, this process can take awhile.
